Mindful Meditation is the practice of a calming party. Where all parts of ourselves are able to come together and celebrate the good heart. 

Positive change is a journey that supports the mind to see things as they are. To not be trapped by thoughts of the future that are not happening in the present. When the heart of calm is developed a strength of mind clarity is able to arise. The energy put forth into a mindfulness meditation practice moves us toward a grounded presence of here and now.
