Fear & Worry Are Natural Emotions

Fear and worry are natural emotions, they are based on evolutionary survival. Yet, we can change our relationship to them.

Mindfulness awareness is not just about sitting with our legs crossed. It’s a richer learning and practice in how not to over attach to “stress & concern” that causes undue suffering. We can sit, reflect, investigate and look at how we can bring a more open compassionate space to our stress and concerns.

The Buddha’s offering of a mindfulness practice is our ability to “look under the hood.”
