Mindfulness Care Center
Mindfulness And Money Sitting Group 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.
We meet the 4th Monday of Every Month
"Whether we are considered rich, poor or middle class, mindfulness
teaches us how to approach life and financial stress related anxieties
with greater skillfulness and awareness."
The Mindfulness and Money sitting group offers each of us an opportunity
to explore, uncover and release self defeating habits we may have
around money. Stress, anxiety and survival related fears do not need to
compromise our present and future financial life and decision making on
what serves us best.
Through guided meditations and discussion we will explore such topics such as:
• How to manage fear and anxiety to not overtake us around money issues.
• Understanding our relationship with money.
• Family patterns and history around money.
• Getting in-tune with our feelings and body sensations around money.
• Learn how to ground, center and create resourcing tools
• How to release judgment, blame, shame and guilt around finances.
Facilitator: Koorosh Ostowari is a trained
