Unwinding the Body of Traumatic Stress & Anxiety

This 6-Week Program offers a unique approach to trauma resolution and release around the loss of self and our sense of boundaries. Participants will learn how to make the choice to be a reactive participant or creative partner in life.

Participants will learn different somatic techniques to discharge highly charged energies and bring the nervous system back to homeostasis. This course will address compassion, boundaries, and effective communication.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

MBSR/Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-week Course

This program is taught 3 times per year.

The First Class is an open orientation for anyone to attend

The 8-Week Course begins the week following open orientation. In addition, there is a daylong session to deepen the practice and understanding of the course work.  

Bringing awareness, thoughts, emotions and our nervous system into alignment.  Increase your ability to cope with stressful situations, improve self-esteem, feel more alive, calmer and renew your enthusiasm for life work.

Mindfulness of Self-Care

Mindfulness of Self-Care is a 4-Week Workshop Series designed to support you in cultivating balanced, sustainable, and nourishing self-care practices.

You will learn how mindfulness and awareness build the foundation to establishing self-care practices that honor you and your body. 
In this 4-week series, we will uncover and shift limiting beliefs and habits and empower one another to build resilience and worthiness. 

This class will enable you to:

  • Motivate yourself with kindness
  • Transform your relationship with your body and inner critic
  • Recognize obstacles to self-care
  • Develop practices of forgiveness & gratitude
